Mission Control for Self-Managing Teams
The Hub is your member portal, team calendar and mission control in one mobile-first view, so every member sees the roles, decisions and work that actually involve them.

“Self-management doesn’t mean chaos.
It means the right structure, in the right place, so autonomy can actually function.”
Allow your team to see itself
It’s your membership portal, team calendar, and mission control in one streamlined, mobile-first view. Every person sees what matters to them, not what someone else decided they should see.
Mission Control
A single view of what your mission oriented team is building, deciding, and shipping. It captures a living view of the team’s mission, vision, goals, priorities, and what needs their attention today.

Hub gives every member, not just managers, the context they need to make good decisions. It makes transparency the default, not a quarterly report.

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions teams ask most often about Hub, answered directly.
A member portal is a single place where everyone in an organisation can see the information that concerns them: their roles and responsibilities, what is being decided, what needs their input, and what the organisation is working on. It replaces the scatter of email, noticeboards and documents nobody can find.
Yes. The Hub is mobile-first rather than mobile-adapted, so the phone view is the primary design rather than a shrunken desktop page. Members can read decisions, claim work, vote on proposals and find documents from a phone, without a company laptop or a desk.
An intranet publishes information at people. The Hub shows each member the roles they hold, the decisions open to them and the work waiting on them, and it is connected to the systems where those things actually happen. It is a view of the organisation rather than a noticeboard.
Disengagement is usually structural rather than attitudinal. People disengage when they cannot see what is being decided, cannot tell what is expected of them, and have no route to influence anything. A portal that answers those three questions removes the causes rather than campaigning against the symptom.
Their roles and the responsibilities attached to them, the teams and circles they belong to, decisions currently open for their input, work they have claimed or could claim, the shared calendar, and the governance documents that apply to them. Visibility follows membership rather than seniority.
